”When my wife and I started looking to purchase a home in Auburn, we quickly realized that what we wanted and what we could afford were not even in the same ballpark when we looked at existing listings. Since our options for purchasing an existing home looked grim, we started looking at options to build our own. That's when we found Hughston Homes. We drove through East Richland and really liked the styles of the homes but we knew they were at the absolute top of our budget. Luckily for us, they had just started building in Wimberly Station and the introductory pricing for the floor plans we loved were in that sweet spot of our budget. We met up with Lisa Bancer at the model home there and within 2 weeks we were on our way designing our home from the ground up.
When I say everything was super smooth from beginning to end, I mean it. Lisa was always available to answer questions or address concerns. The design team was a pleasure to work with and even the supervisor, Randy, was great for our orientation/walk through.

We've been in our home for 2 months now and we love it. If we went back to the start of all of this, we'd easily make the same decisions again.
