  • In order to allow proper time to coordinate all warranty vendors, please submit your request no later than 11 months after your closing date.
  • In the unlikely event a need arises between the time you submit your request and the one year mark, please email our Customer Care Team so that they can promptly address your need(s).
  • Once our Customer Care team processes your form, you will be contacted to schedule a walkthrough with our Warranty Manager.
