In order to allow proper time to coordinate all warranty vendors, please submit your request no later than 11 months after your closing date.
In the unlikely event a need arises between the time you submit your request and the one year mark, please email our Customer Care Team so that they can promptly address your need(s).
Once our Customer Care team processes your form, you will be contacted to schedule a walkthrough with our Warranty Manager.
