Does Hughston Homes have move-in ready homes?
Yes. 34 homes are complete and ready for move-in, and 55 more are under construction, so you can choose the timing that suits you. You can also browse every move-in ready home by market, price, bedrooms and size.
Can I use a VA loan on a new Hughston Home?
Yes. Hughston Homes works with VA-approved preferred lenders across Georgia and Alabama. With a VA loan through one of our preferred lenders, move-in ready homes in select communities come with paid closing costs and reduced earnest money, and the VA Debt Buster program is offered on select homes.
